1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Purpose

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Creator," "You," "Your") and Kaslane Tech & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("Kaslane," "Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your participation as a Creator on the Kaslane platform ("Platform").

1.2 About Kaslane

Kaslane is a fan engagement platform that enables Creators — including content creators, influencers, artists, celebrities, and public figures — to monetize their influence by offering exclusive content, personalized interactions, and unique experiences to their fans and followers ("Subscribers").

1.3 Parties to This Agreement

1.4 Acceptance

By applying to become a Creator, completing the onboarding process, or using the Platform as a Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• This Creator Agreement
• The Terms & Conditions
• The Privacy Policy
• The Community Guidelines
• The Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Any other policies referenced herein or published on the Platform

1.5 Effective Date

This Agreement becomes effective upon:

• Your acceptance during the Creator onboarding process, OR
• Your first use of Creator features on the Platform, OR
• Kaslane's approval of your Creator application

whichever occurs first.

1.6 Relationship

This Agreement establishes an independent contractor relationship between you and Kaslane. You are NOT an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Kaslane. You have no authority to bind Kaslane or represent that you are an employee or agent of Kaslane.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

In addition to terms defined in the Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply to this Agreement:

PayoutTransfer of Net Earnings to the Creator's designated bank account
Platform FeeThe commission charged by Kaslane for providing Platform services
SubscriberA user who subscribes to or purchases services from a Creator
SubscriptionA recurring payment arrangement where Subscribers pay for ongoing access to Creator content and services
TransactionAny payment made by a Subscriber for Creator Services
VerificationThe process of verifying Creator identity and eligibility
KYCKnow Your Customer verification as required by applicable laws

3. ELIGIBILITY & ONBOARDING

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To become a Creator on Kaslane, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

3.2 Application Process

3.3 Application Review

Kaslane reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any Creator application at its sole discretion
• Request additional information or documentation
• Conduct additional verification checks
• Set conditions for approval
• Limit initial access to certain features

3.4 Rejection

Applications may be rejected for reasons including but not limited to:

All Creators must complete KYC verification:

4. CREATOR ACCOUNT

4.1 Account Setup

Upon approval, you will set up your Creator Account with:

6. CONTENT RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

6.1 Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all original content you create and upload to the Platform ("Creator Content"). Kaslane does not claim ownership of your Creator Content.

6.2 License to Kaslane

By uploading Creator Content, you grant Kaslane a:

6.3 License Duration

The license continues for the duration of your content being on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter for:

• Archival purposes
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution
• Cached/backup copies

Upon account termination, we will remove your content from public view within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6.4 Content Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You will be notified of the complaint
• Content may be removed pending resolution
• You may file a counter-notice if you believe it's erroneous
• Repeated valid complaints will result in account action

 

7. REVENUE & EARNINGS

7.1 Revenue Share

Kaslane operates on a revenue-sharing model:

9. TAXES & COMPLIANCE

9.1 Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

10. CREATOR OBLIGATIONS

As a Creator, you agree to:

This Agreement is non-exclusive. You are free to:

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaslane, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Kaslane shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to:

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

22.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

22.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to:

24.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable:
