1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Kaslane Community! These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of behavior, content, and interaction expected from all members of our platform. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment where Creators and Subscribers can connect meaningfully.

These Guidelines apply to all users of the Platform, including:

  • Creators — Content creators, influencers, artists, celebrities, and public figures
  • Subscribers — Fans and followers who subscribe to Creator profiles
  • Visitors — Anyone browsing the Platform

By using Kaslane, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

These Guidelines are established in compliance with:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • The Indian Penal Code, 1860 / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
  • Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO)
  • The Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986

Creators have a heightened responsibility as public figures on the Platform. You are expected to:

  • Lead by example in following these Guidelines
  • Create content that complies with all policies
  • Interact professionally with Subscribers
  • Not exploit your influence to harm others
  • Report violations by Subscribers

3.2 Subscribers

Subscribers are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with Creators and other users
  • Not harass, stalk, or abuse Creators
  • Respect Creator boundaries and content restrictions
  • Not redistribute or misuse Creator content
  • Report violations by Creators or other users

3.3 All Users

Everyone on the Platform must:

  • Follow these Guidelines at all times
  • Comply with Indian laws and regulations
  • Use the Platform only for its intended purposes
  • Not engage in any prohibited activities
  • Cooperate with Platform investigations
 

4. CONTENT POLICY

4.1 Permitted Content

The following types of content are welcome on Kaslane:

Subscribers must respect Creator boundaries:
